We only colour hair that has recently been cut at Hobbs (within the last 12 weeks). This is to maintain the best possible overall look for your hair, and ensure the best possible condition of your hair. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your colour appointment if you have not used Schwarzkopf professional colour within the last 12 months. Clients having a colour are required to have a blow-dry following colour. This allows us to see the true colour before you leave the salon. Blow dries are not included in the price of colour services. Prices are to give an indication only, following a consultation with our colourist’s we can give an exact quote.

Late Arrivals
In order to aid us in the smooth running of the salon please ensure that you arrive in reasonable time for your appointment. We regret to inform you that if your late arrival affects the service that we are able to provide, you will be asked to re-book your appointment and by charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service.
Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. At our discretion, missed appointments and late cancellation will incure a charge of 50% of the cost of the service booked.
